Embodied Astrology is an integrative approach that asks us to look at the big picture where we can identify the root cause of our discomfort. From there we are inspired to find solutions. You are not required to believe anything or participate in any ritual (unless you want to). You will find your own personal instructions awakening within you and empowering you to follow your own path.

Embodied Astrology merges wellness and astrology to create embodiment so that you can have a real life physical relationship with Astrology and experience your life in harmony with nature.

Ayurveda (the knowledge of life) is the optimal way of caring for the physical and non-physical constitution as it interacts with the elements, and in the modern world, the technology and synthetic materials that were not here 5000 years ago.Vedic Astrology (the knowledge of light) illuminates the dark corners of life and allows us to see everything in its true essence. Recognizing the golden thread that runs through all truth no matter where it comes from. If we can't apply Vedic knowledge in a new way that helps us integrate, it becomes a closed system stuck in time. That is not helpful, and I don't believe it is accurate. Vedic principles aka Nature’s principles are meant to evolve with time.
